In today's economy you will see
the gap get larger between the haves and have
nots (middle class and the rich). How you invest
your money is more important now than ever before in
history. However, investing should be fun as well as
effective. My recommendation, when in the beginning
stages of investing, is to invest for in property
for cash flow.
Cash flow is when investments pay you a monthly
dividend (rent from investment property for
example). You won't
find any stock market investing here. Not that stock
market investing isn't effective it just has too many uncontrollable ups and downs and I
don't find it fun.

.com. Every 2, 3 and 4 letter combination domain
names ending in .com are taken, every single
dictionary word .com domain names are already taken
and just about every 2 word combination is already
registered. The only way to acquire a desired domain
name is to purchase from a reseller. This makes
investing in domain names a profitable business.
Why shouldn't investing be fun?
Investing in classic and rare cars is very
enjoyable. And many brands of classic cars increase
in value much faster than most boring mutual funds.
It's generally easy to begin investing in classic
cars too. It may be that you already have one that
was passed down to you from a family member living
or passed.
Investing is no longer a luxury it is a necessity
for a happy retirement and the sooner you start, the
sooner you become one of the haves instead of
the have nots.
